To ensure the best experience for all guests, appointments are required for most services. We recommend scheduling in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

A valid credit card may be required to hold your reservation. Please arrive at least 10–15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and relaxation. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate other scheduled guests.

We understand that sometimes schedules change. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment—or failure to attend a scheduled session—may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service value.

4H SPA reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any guest for inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or any other reason deemed necessary to maintain a safe and professional environment for staff and clients.
